This Strawberry Cheesecake Dump Cake is an easy, no-fuss dessert that combines sweet strawberries, creamy cheesecake, and a buttery cake topping. Perfect for family gatherings, brunches, or anytime you want a simple but impressive dessert.


Ingredients

For the filling

  • 4 cups fresh or frozen strawberries, hulled and sliced

  • 1 cup granulated sugar

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened

For the cake topping

  • 1 box yellow or white cake mix (dry)

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted

  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)

Optional for serving

  • Whipped cream or vanilla ice cream


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

  • In a large bowl, combine strawberries, sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix gently and spread in the prepared dish.

  • Cut cream cheese into small cubes and scatter over the strawberries.

  • Sprinkle dry cake mix evenly over the fruit and cream cheese.

  • Pour melted butter evenly over the cake mix and sprinkle nuts on top if using.

  • Bake for 45-50 minutes, until the top is golden brown and filling is bubbly.
