Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar

  • 1/4 cup brown sugar

  • 1 large egg

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1 cup chopped fresh or freeze-dried strawberries

  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips (optional)


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  • Beat butter, cream cheese, and sugars until light and fluffy.

  • Mix in egg and vanilla until combined.

  • In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix into wet ingredients.

  • Gently fold in strawberries and white chocolate chips.

  • Chill dough for 30 minutes.

  • Scoop dough onto baking sheet, spacing 2 inches apart. Bake 12-15 minutes until edges are lightly golden.
