Description

This Quick Buffalo Chicken Dip is creamy, cheesy, and packed with spicy buffalo flavor. Perfect for game days, parties, or a simple snack, it comes together in just 25–30 minutes and is beginner-friendly. Even first-time cooks can make this crowd-pleasing dip with ease.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken (rotisserie works great)

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • ½ cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)

  • ½ cup ranch or blue cheese dressing

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese, divided

  • Optional: chopped green onions or parsley for garnish


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) if baking.

  • In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, ranch or blue cheese dressing, and buffalo sauce until smooth.

  • Fold in shredded chicken and half of the shredded cheese.

  • Transfer mixture to an 8×8 inch baking dish.

  • Sprinkle remaining cheese evenly on top.

  • Bake for 15–20 minutes until bubbly and golden, or microwave on high for 3–5 minutes, stirring halfway.
