Creamy, dreamy, and refreshingly sweet, this no bake strawberry cheesecake is perfect for beginners and anyone who loves a hassle-free dessert.


Ingredients

Crust:

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

  • ¼ cup sugar (optional)

  • 6 tbsp melted butter

Filling:

  • 16 oz (450 g) cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream

  • ½ cup powdered sugar

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)

Strawberry Topping:

  • 1 ½ cups fresh strawberries, sliced or pureed

  • 2–3 tbsp sugar or honey

  • 1 tsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)


Instructions

  • Prepare the crust: Mix crumbs, butter, and sugar. Press into an 8–9 inch springform pan. Chill.

  • Make the filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Whip heavy cream to soft peaks, then fold into cream cheese with sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice.

  • Assemble: Pour filling over chilled crust. Smooth top. Refrigerate 4–6 hours or overnight.

  • Add topping: Spread sliced or pureed strawberries on top. Chill until serving.

 

  • Serve: Slice with a sharp knife, garnish with fresh strawberries or mint.
