Ingredients
Crust:

1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs

¼ cup sugar (optional)

6 tbsp melted butter
Filling:

16 oz (450 g) cream cheese, softened

1 cup heavy whipping cream

½ cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 tbsp lemon juice (optional)
Strawberry Topping:

1 ½ cups fresh strawberries, sliced or pureed

2–3 tbsp sugar or honey

1 tsp cornstarch (optional, for thickening)
Instructions

Prepare the crust: Mix crumbs, butter, and sugar. Press into an 8–9 inch springform pan. Chill.

Make the filling: Beat cream cheese until smooth. Whip heavy cream to soft peaks, then fold into cream cheese with sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice.

Assemble: Pour filling over chilled crust. Smooth top. Refrigerate 4–6 hours or overnight.

Add topping: Spread sliced or pureed strawberries on top. Chill until serving.
