Ingredients

  • 4 cups fresh watermelon, cubed and seeded

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (optional)

  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice

  • 6-8 fresh mint leaves

  • 1-2 teaspoons honey or agave syrup (optional)

  • 1 cup ice cubes


Instructions

  • Cut and seed the watermelon, then cube it.

  • Add watermelon, Greek yogurt, lime juice, mint, honey, and ice to a blender.

  • Blend until smooth and frothy. Add water if too thick.

  • Adjust sweetness or lime to taste.
