Ingredients
For the Chicken and Sauce

1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

1/2 cup all-purpose flour or cornstarch

2 tbsp olive oil or vegetable oil

1/3 cup honey

2 tbsp hot sauce (adjust to taste)

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
For the Veggies and Bowl

2 cups steamed broccoli florets

1 cup shredded carrots

1 cup cooked brown rice or quinoa (optional)

1/2 cup sliced green onions (for garnish)

Instructions

Toss chicken with flour, salt, and pepper until coated evenly.

Heat oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken until golden and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes. Remove and set aside.

In a small saucepan, warm honey, hot sauce, and apple cider vinegar until combined.

Return chicken to skillet, pour sauce over, and toss to coat. Cook 1-2 minutes until sauce thickens slightly.
