Description

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie or boiled)

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain, unsweetened)

  • 1/2 cup cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions (optional, for garnish)

  • Veggies, crackers, or tortilla chips for serving


Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a small baking dish.

  • In a large bowl, combine Greek yogurt, cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper. Mix until smooth.

  • Fold in shredded chicken and buffalo sauce until evenly coated.

  • Mix in half of the cheddar and mozzarella cheeses. Save the rest for topping.

  • Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and sprinkle the remaining cheeses on top.

  • Bake for 15-20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.

 

  • Garnish with chopped green onions if desired. Serve with veggies, crackers, or tortilla chips.
