Ingredients

1 cup whole-grain crackers or oats, crushed

2 tablespoons melted coconut oil

8 oz reduced-fat cream cheese

1/2 cup Greek yogurt

1/4 cup maple syrup or honey

1 cup chopped fresh strawberries (plus extra for topping)

1/4 cup toasted nuts or puffed whole-grain cereal
Instructions

Mix crushed crackers or oats with coconut oil and press into the bottom of an 8-inch springform pan. Chill.

Beat cream cheese with Greek yogurt until smooth. Add maple syrup and vanilla, mixing well.

Fold in chopped strawberries, reserving a few for topping.

Spread filling over crust evenly. Sprinkle with nuts or cereal and arrange reserved strawberries on top.
