Enjoy this Healthy Buffalo Chicken Wing Dip that’s creamy, spicy, and guilt-free! Made with shredded chicken, Greek yogurt, and reduced-fat cheese, it’s perfect for game day, parties, or a light snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken breast

  • 1/2 cup low-fat cream cheese or Greek yogurt

  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat cheddar cheese, shredded

  • 1/4 cup part-skim mozzarella, shredded

  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)

  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Optional: chopped green onions for garnish

  • Veggie sticks (celery, cucumber, bell peppers) for serving


Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese (or Greek yogurt), buffalo sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.

  • Fold in shredded chicken and 1/4 cup of cheddar cheese.

  • Transfer mixture to a small baking dish and sprinkle remaining cheddar and mozzarella on top.

  • Bake for 15–20 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.

 

  • Garnish with chopped green onions and serve with veggie sticks.

Notes

  • For a spicier dip, add extra hot sauce or cayenne pepper.

  • Swap in light ranch for a creamy twist.
