Description

This Healthy Buffalo Chicken Dip Oven is a lighter, high-protein version of the classic dip. Baked to perfection, it’s creamy, spicy, and perfect for game day, family nights, or any time you crave a flavorful snack without the guilt.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked, shredded chicken breast

  • 8 oz light cream cheese

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt

  • ½ cup reduced-fat shredded cheddar cheese, plus extra for topping

  • ½ cup buffalo sauce (low-sodium if possible)

 

  • ¼ cup finely chopped celery or bell peppers (optional)


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, Greek yogurt, ½ cup shredded cheese, and buffalo sauce until smooth.

  • Fold in shredded chicken and optional veggies.

  • Transfer mixture to a small oven-safe baking dish.

  • Sprinkle extra cheese on top.

  • Bake for 20–25 minutes until hot and bubbly.

 

  • Serve warm with whole-grain crackers or veggie sticks.
