Instructions

Prepare the ingredients: Wash and slice the bell peppers, chop the onion, and mince the garlic.

Sauté aromatics: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add chopped onion and garlic and cook for 2-3 minutes until fragrant and translucent.

Cook turkey: Add ground turkey to the skillet. Break it apart with a spatula and cook until browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
