Description

Enjoy a healthy and delicious Greek Yogurt Fruit Parfait in minutes! Layer creamy Greek yogurt, fresh fruits, and crunchy granola for the perfect breakfast or snack.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups plain Greek yogurt

  • 1 cup mixed fresh fruits (strawberries, blueberries, kiwi, mango)

  • 1/2 cup granola

  • 2 teaspoons honey or maple syrup (optional)

  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  • Wash and chop fruits into bite-sized pieces.

  • Spoon a layer of Greek yogurt into a glass or jar.

  • Add a layer of mixed fruits over the yogurt.

  • Sprinkle granola on top of the fruits.

  • Repeat the layers until the glass is full.

  • Drizzle honey or maple syrup and garnish with mint leaves if desired.
