Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt (preferably full-fat)

  • 1/2 cup natural peanut butter

  • 23 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (to taste)

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • Pinch of sea salt

  • Optional toppings: mini chocolate chips, crushed peanuts, granola, or coconut flakes


Instructions

  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, peanut butter, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla extract, and sea salt. Mix until smooth and creamy.

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or use a silicone mini muffin mold.
