Description

A creamy and tangy fried pickle dip that combines crunchy fried pickles with cheddar cheese and spices. Perfect for parties, game days, or casual snacking.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup fried pickles, chopped

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/4 cup sour cream

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Optional: chopped green onions or parsley for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream. Mix until smooth.

  2. Add cheddar cheese, chopped fried pickles, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Stir well.

  3. Transfer to a serving dish and smooth the top.

  4. Garnish with green onions or parsley if desired.

  5. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

  6. Serve with chips, crackers, or fresh veggies.
