Description

This creamy fried pickle dip captures all the tangy, cheesy flavors of fried pickles with a crunchy panko topping no frying required! Perfect for parties or game day snacking.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • ½ cup sour cream

  • ½ cup chopped dill pickles

  • ¼ cup pickle juice

  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • ¼ cup chopped green onions (optional)

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon dried dill or 1 tablespoon fresh dill

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • ½ cup panko breadcrumbs

  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • Pinch of paprika or cayenne (optional)


Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, pickles, pickle juice, cheddar, green onions, garlic powder, and dill. Season with salt and pepper.

  • Melt butter in a skillet and toast panko breadcrumbs until golden. Add paprika or cayenne if desired.

  • Transfer dip to serving bowl, top with toasted panko.

 

  • Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes.
