Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened

½ cup sour cream

½ cup chopped dill pickles

¼ cup pickle juice

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

¼ cup chopped green onions (optional)

1 teaspoon dried dill or 1 tablespoon fresh dill

½ cup panko breadcrumbs

Pinch of paprika or cayenne (optional)
Instructions

In a bowl, mix cream cheese, sour cream, pickles, pickle juice, cheddar, green onions, garlic powder, and dill. Season with salt and pepper.

Melt butter in a skillet and toast panko breadcrumbs until golden. Add paprika or cayenne if desired.
