  • 1 cup low-fat Greek yogurt

  • 1 egg white

  • 1 cup gluten-free baking flour

  • 2 teaspoons baking powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

  • Everything bagel seasoning (for topping)


Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • In a bowl, mix the Greek yogurt and egg white until smooth.

  • Add gluten-free baking flour, baking powder, and sea salt. Stir until a soft dough forms. Add more flour if dough is sticky.

  • Divide dough into equal portions and shape each into a ball. Use your finger to create a hole in the center to form bagels.

  • Place bagels on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush tops lightly with egg white or water. Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.

  • Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown.
