  • 12 teaspoons sweetener (honey, maple syrup, or sugar), optional

  • Ice cubes (optional, for iced version)


Instructions

  • Sift matcha powder into a bowl or cup.

  • Pour hot water over the matcha.

  • Whisk briskly until frothy and smooth.

  • Heat and froth milk if desired.

  • Combine milk with matcha mixture.
