Ingredients

  • 16 oz cream cheese, cubed

  • 2 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or blend)

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 1 to 2 cups cooked protein (optional: shredded chicken, sausage, or bacon)

  • 1 packet ranch seasoning or 1 cup sauce of choice (buffalo sauce or salsa)

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • Salt and black pepper, to taste


Instructions

  • Lightly grease the inside of the crockpot.

  • Add cubed cream cheese to the bottom.

  • Layer in shredded cheese, sour cream, cooked protein, and seasonings.

  • Pour sauce or seasoning mix over the top.

  • Cover and cook on LOW for 2 to 3 hours, stirring every 30 minutes.
