Description

This creamy, cheesy, and spicy buffalo chicken dip is a crowd-pleasing favorite perfect for game days, parties, and potlucks. Quick to make and guaranteed to disappear fast!


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie works great)

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust for heat preference)

  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing (or blue cheese dressing)

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided

  • 2 green onions, chopped (optional, for garnish)


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375°F.

  • In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing until smooth.

  • Fold in shredded chicken.

  • Stir in most of the cheddar and mozzarella, saving a little for topping.

  • Spread dip into a baking dish and sprinkle remaining cheese on top.

  • Bake for 20–25 minutes, until hot and bubbly.
