Ingredients

2 cups cooked shredded chicken (rotisserie works great)

8 oz cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup buffalo sauce (adjust for heat preference)

1/2 cup ranch dressing (or blue cheese dressing)

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided

1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided

2 green onions, chopped (optional, for garnish)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F.

In a large bowl, mix cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing until smooth.

Fold in shredded chicken.

Stir in most of the cheddar and mozzarella, saving a little for topping.
