Description

Creamy, spicy, and protein-packed, this Cottage Cheese Buffalo Chicken Dip is perfect for game day, snacks, or gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup cottage cheese

  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded

  • ½ cup buffalo sauce

  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt (optional)

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

  • Salt and pepper, to taste

  • Optional toppings: sliced green onions, extra shredded cheese, or ranch drizzle


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • Blend cottage cheese and Greek yogurt until smooth.

  • In a bowl, mix blended cottage cheese, chicken, buffalo sauce, cheddar, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.

  • Transfer to a baking dish, top with extra cheese if desired. Bake 20–25 minutes until bubbly.

 

  • Let cool slightly and serve with veggies, crackers, or chips.
