Description

This Cottage Cheese Buffalo Chicken Dip is creamy, spicy, and protein-packed. Perfect for game days, family gatherings, or a quick snack, it uses cottage cheese to keep it lighter without sacrificing flavor.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups cottage cheese

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded

  • ½ cup buffalo sauce (adjust to taste)

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese

  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt (optional)

  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1 teaspoon onion powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • In a blender or food processor, blend the cottage cheese until smooth.

  • In a mixing bowl, combine blended cottage cheese, shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, shredded cheese, Greek yogurt, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

  • Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.

  • Bake for 20–25 minutes until the dip is hot and bubbly.
