Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups rolled oats

  • 1 cup pitted Medjool dates

  • ½ cup raw almonds

  • 2 tablespoons ground flaxseed

  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or honey

  • Pinch of salt


Instructions

  • Soak dates if dry, then drain.

  • Pulse almonds and oats in a food processor.

  • Add dates, flaxseed, cinnamon, vanilla, sweetener, and salt; process to sticky dough.

  • Roll into 1-inch balls.

  • Chill 30 minutes to firm.
