Chipotle peppers in adobo (minced) 1–2 peppers, to taste
Red onion (finely diced) ½ cup
Fresh cilantro (chopped) ¼ cup
Lime juice (freshly squeezed) 2 tablespoons
Olive oil 1 tablespoon
Salt ½ teaspoon (or to taste)
Black pepper (optional) ¼ teaspoon

Instructions
