Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped (rotisserie chicken works perfectly)

  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce (adjust to your preferred spice level)

  • 4 large tortillas (whole wheat, spinach, or your favorite type)

  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded (romaine or iceberg)

  • 1/2 cup carrots, julienned or shredded

  • 1/2 cup cucumber, thinly sliced

  • 1/4 cup ranch or blue cheese dressing

  • Optional toppings: sliced avocado, cherry tomatoes, shredded cheese


Instructions

  • Prepare the chicken by shredding or chopping and tossing with buffalo sauce.

  • Wash and prep the vegetables.

  • Warm the tortillas slightly to make them flexible.

  • Assemble the wraps by layering chicken, lettuce, carrots, cucumber, and optional toppings on each tortilla. Drizzle with dressing.

  • Roll the tortillas tightly from the bottom and fold the sides in.
