Description

A creamy, cheesy, and slightly spicy dip made with canned chicken. Perfect for game nights, parties, or a cozy night in. Quick to make and always a crowd-pleaser.


Ingredients

  • 2 cans (12.5 oz each) cooked chicken, drained

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup sour cream

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce (adjust to taste)

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Optional: chopped green onions or parsley for garnish


Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, buffalo sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until smooth.

  • Fold in canned chicken and half of the shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheeses.

  • Spread mixture in a greased 8×8-inch baking dish. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top.

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly and cheese is melted.

 

  • Garnish with green onions or parsley. Serve warm with chips, crackers, or veggies.
