1 1/2 cups cooked shredded chicken

4 ounces cream cheese, softened

1/4 cup buffalo sauce, adjust to taste

1/2 cup shredded cheese of choice

4 slices bread

1 to 2 tablespoons butter or oil
Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, softened cream cheese, buffalo sauce, and shredded cheese until smooth and creamy.

Spread the buffalo chicken dip mixture evenly onto two slices of bread. Top with the remaining bread slices to form sandwiches.

Heat a non stick skillet over medium heat and lightly butter or oil the outside of each sandwich.

Cook the sandwiches until the bread is golden and crispy, then flip and cook the other side until the cheese is melted and the filling is warmed through.

Remove from heat, rest for one minute, slice, and serve warm.
