2 ripe peaches, sliced

For the Honey Lemon Dressing:

Instructions

Make the Dressing:
In a small bowl or jar, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until well combined. -
Assemble the Salad:
In a large mixing bowl or salad platter, add the greens. Top with sliced peaches, blueberries, red onion, and crumbled feta. -
Add Dressing & Serve:
Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving. Gently toss to combine, being careful not to crush the fruit.
